Programme Overview
As older workers in the workforce mingle with younger workers, the work environment gets filled with varying perspectives and experiences. There certainly are benefits of such a variety in the workplace, but the generation divide can present communication and perception problems and conflicts as well. There can evolve challenges to management in terms of handling the different generations.
In this programme, both the young and older workers will have ideas and suggestions to offer, which will help the organization to thrive. Learning how to deal with Generation Gaps at work will help every member become a better manager or co-worker in the organization.
