Tom Associates, one of the few creative and consistent Management Development institutions in Nigeria since 1992, focuses on development of business managers.
Each year, we organise an average of 120 workshops. Our in-plant courses (60% of total) meet peculiar needs of the clients through programme objectives and contents design.
